If you’re wishing to grow deeper friendships, this is a great book to read. It comes from a Christian point of view, but I feel like the advice provided is universal and useful for anyone wanting to grow a deeper friendship. I learned many new things that I can do to make my friendships more whole. I’m so annoyed that I waited so long to read this. I could have been implementing the advice for a whole year now. But this year I will grow in my friendships and I will look back at this book to refresh my mind and implement the practices mentioned.

I feel like the ideas, tools and tips shared in this book are really good. They are mostly geared for couples with kids. I wish there were more examples or maybe a whole chapter near the end dedicated for couples without kids. I will probably share this with my husband but I get lots of Unicorn Space already. So if you have kids, I think this is a great book to read with your spouse. If you plan on having kids I would find this incredibly helpful to start implementing in your marriage before you have kids so you get in the routine. If you don’t plan on having kids and you divide household chores pretty evenly and each have plenty of time for your own goals and activity this isn’t for you.

I really enjoyed this book of Stacy and Pashov. They are such a great couple. They have had this horrible accident of Pashov being in the cave in and now he has no memories of her or their son. They both are fighting for their relationship and their is a lot of miscommunication, but Ruby Dixon always gives us a happily ever after and seeing this couple’s was great!

I enjoyed this look at what was going on with the tribe during Barbarian’s Taming. The two couples are two of my favorite couples from this series. I look forward to seeing Stacy and Pashov’s story now.
