A warm, fuzzy and comforting read which is perfect to close out the summer with. The story personally hit very close to home with my own experiences of ldr and limited time together so I was very very attached to these characters and their journey. Once again, Adam Silvera has made me cry.

Loved the concept, Hated the execution. Its listed as young adult but clearly is for a younger audience, Very immature and ableist writing. The author describes a messy city as being "built by an autistic child" and the main character intentionally tries to get his girlfriend pregnant. Also has an extremely cop out ending, Did not enjoy this one at all.

Despite being a longer book, I found myself glued to Hate List. Its realistic, honest and doesn't hold back on the story its trying to tell. I really truly felt for the protagonist and her struggles.

Not for me, personally. It wasn't what I was expecting tbh. The concept was solid and the development made sense if a little predictable, There were a few moments I genuinely related to but overall I found it a bit cheesy. I think my taste in books is just not this, which is fine, you cant like everything and I just really didn't vibe with this one.

My favourite book of the year so far - I got instantly attached to the characters and enjoyed the journey we went on. I sobbed multiple times but also felt the love and hope pour from the pages despite the bleak outcome, A true emotional masterpiece.

Very strong to begin with with rich and emotional characters, I adored the natural chemistry between Oscar and Olive and it kept me glued to the page. The pacing was decent but the ending felt a little bit rushed and it also felt like the story changed genre in the last chapters but overall I very much enjoyed it!! I look forward to reading more of Carrie's work in the future
