ivan lukov has definitely stolen my heart and he kind of refuses to give it back... anyway

jasmin and ivan have moved to the top of my favourite enemies-to-lovers couple - like ever. their hatred felt genuine and real. it was funny - reading their bickering and cussing while knowing that one of them doesn't quite mean it.

and the way he confessed his love for her. as i said, it felt pretty natural to me. i just love them.

"I don't want a fucking hug, Ivan. Okay?"
"Well, too fucking bad."

"You almost look sweet when you're sleeping."
I blinked.
"I said almost".

wez and liz 🌸

"better than the movies" felt like a dream come true. the book was so cute and adorable that it exceeded all expectations. the characters were swoon-worthy, i really enjoyed the natural chemistry between them, it didn't feel forced at all. although i couldn't help but feel for wes, knowing deep down that he had loved her long before the plotline. i'm eagerly looking forward to reading her next book.

i really enjoyed how she initially tried to impress michael by changing herself, but with wes's kind of help (which is ironical, iykyk), she rediscovered her true self. it was also touching to see how wes reacted when he found her at the cemetery.

so many memorable moments in this book!
