I really enjoyed Cultish and am a Sounds Like a Cult listener, but I was a bit disappointed by Wordslut.  It’s very Feminism 101 and most of the topics covered seemed a bit…obvious?  That said, Amanda Montell is a delightful writer and this is still a fun read.

Stayed up until 2:46 AM on a school night reading this thing and I can’t say I regret it.  Prime unlikable serial liar narrator and a crazy twist earlier than you expect it.

This book is simply decadent.  It unfolds sometimes painfully slowly, but never not beautifully.  

Not usually much of a romance girlie but this was cute!

There is a difference between an unlikable main character and an annoying main character 

A light but very entertaining read for enjoyers of Girl Scammer media.

This is a unique story involving a very famous man, but also a universal story about feeling lost and alone in one’s family.
