I really do enjoy all of this book series. I think that Lucy score does a really good job at letting us know the characters in different ways. Even if I was not liking Lucian in that moment when I saw his perspective it made me realize more. Seriously my only issue with the book is that I hate the “country talk” that she writes. It is very overdone. And I don’t like the nicknames that they all have for their women. He calls her pixie and it was only really mentioned once on why. Same for Knox calling Naomi daisy. She literally ran away from her wedding ofc she’s going to have flowers in her hair

I really did enjoy it but I think some of the things included were unnecessary
all of the ACOTAR mix in really didn’t add much in my opinion other than opening another storyline for nesta. Same with all of the stuff with Ithan and Tharion
I enjoyed the ending mostly. Some minor plot holes but otherwise I think it was well written
I really did not enjoy the way bryce was acting at all. Hunt has failed at a rebellion twice but she still had the nerve to 1. Not tell him what she was thinking or planning at all and 2. Treat him horribly when he said that he didn’t want her to go through with the plan

Very well written and informative. I’m not huge on nonfiction books so it was a bit of a struggle to get through but the author did a good job of not making the material too dry.

I like the book. It’s a cute little romance for teens I think.  It was a nice palate cleanser from Fourth Wing

I was a little disappointed because I love Ali Hazelwood’s other books. I thought that the main character was poorly written honestly. It was giving very much “ I’m not like other girls” for a huge part of the beginning. It also felt like a complete copy of The Queen’s Gambit on Netflix. I like that she made it to showcase the gender gap in chess but I don’t think she focused on it enough.
