Oh my god this book is absolutely heartbreaking, sickening and deeply disturbing. I cannot believe how evil people can be😭
Those poor girls. Poor Kathy, Shane and Ron.
I cannot simply fathom how any human is capable of being so evil.
I truly hope those poor girls have been able to recover and live the life they’re able to now❤️

May Shane, Kathy and Ron rest in peace

This book is emotional, hard hitting and tense. It follows a family whose lives got turned upside down with their brother, Nick was raped.

This book shows the lengths a family will go through to protect their own. It shows the love and devotion a brother has towards his younger brother. It shows the love and devotion a wife has towards her husband.

I 100% recommend this book! It is from multiple POV’s and it is extremely emotional.

There is graphic details of sexual abuse so please be aware when reading.

Firstly, thank you to NetGalley for allowing me to read this.

Secondly, I was so excited to read this book. It had me gripped from the beginning. It had me freaked out at times. Trent Davis is the worst of the worst. He’s an absolute insane monster.

He gets into the mind of the person who’s supposed to get into his mind. The different rhymes he uses to confuse dr fletcher was creepy af.

I gave this 4 stars because I was disappointed by the ending. After that whole book it turns out that Dr Fletcher was the copycat? I feel like that was a horrible plot twist. I was thinking it would’ve been better to be Navarro or Moreno be the copycat killer.

However overall the book is really good and I highly recommend reading it.

Holy moly this book is a rollercoaster!!! The journey Leigh goes on almost feels like it’s yours too.

The book is so well written. The characters flaws aren’t just mentioned but they’re shown.

It shows the fight a sister will go through for her brother. It shows Leigh as a strong, independent, headstrong woman. She doesn’t let anything stop her from getting justice for those who need it.

And can we talk about those plot twists?!
I was here shipping her with Chandler Reed😂
This book is definitely a top 5 I’ve read so far

If you love a good ‘whodunit?’ Mystery thriller with epic plot twists then this is the book for you!!

I’ll definitely be keeping up with Nichole and reading the rest of her books!!

This book is genuinely genius! I loved the puzzles. Although I was great at figuring most of them out (4/12😂) I really did enjoy spending time figuring them out or at least trying to. It engaged my brain and it got me involved in the book! I highly recommend reading if you want to train your brain and use your wits to figure out the traitors!

When I started this book, I didn’t think about how much it was going to stick with me. This book is a hard hitting thriller. It’s exceptionally written and it deals with so many different issues. It makes you think about what is truly going on in this world. How there’s a possibility that there is a real ‘red room’ out there. It addresses the challenges women face. How easy it is for a woman to become a target of a man. It deals with grief. I honestly really enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the journey all these characters went on to try to find out the truth and to bring justice to these girls and their families.

I really enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the themes of depression and anxiety mentioned. I love how it explored getting help and using medication to help battle depression and anxiety. I love the relationship between Jason and Mickey. The only thing that annoyed me was the last line of the epilogue. I’m annoyed because they spent the whole book talking about the draft only to leave it open ended.

I enjoyed this book more then I thought I would. It’s very thought provoking. It shows that the poor will do for money and what the rich will do to keep their perfect lives. Jane was a very inspiring woman. She faces many challenges in the journey of the book and by the end she is stronger than she’s ever been and will do anything for her daughter. The difficulties women face are extremely obvious in this book. I recommend reading.

This was a first novel? Holy hell! This book was something special. I’ve followed Luke for a few years now through his acting. Luke is a special person and this book showed that. I recommend everyone reads this. It has everything you need for a book. It has a female main character who goes through so much trauma and struggles and can still stand strong. It has a wonderful story with magic, fairytale and love. I see a lot of myself in Eva. How she never lets anything break her. She fights and she fights fiercely. Eva is the character a lot of women wish they could be.
