The only bit I felt oddly about was the quoting of an evangelical Christian?? Other than that, I was engaged in every single part of this collection!!
This is such a great introduction piece to P.I.C. Abolition!! However, I do think this has something to learn from no matter where you are in your journey.

The art is beautiful and I loved the cast of characters. However, it was jarring having violence thrown in for a few slides before going back to the cozy vibes. Yet, I understand why that part was included in the story.
Didn't realize this was a series until I picked it up so I am very excited to binge-read the other books!!

I wish that the collection was a bit longer. I also wish there was a little more meat and flow to the poems themselves. I think the flow was off because of the back and forth from radical concepts of the future to immediate decisions on rampant antisemitism but overall it was an important read worth my time.
Loved the mention of Palestine!! I think the mention of Palestine and abolishing police will definitely rub some people the wrong way but boy did it sure bring light into my chest!!
Graphic: Homophobia, Suicidal thoughts, Transphobia, Antisemitism, and Dysphoria

Temi Oh has crafted a brilliantly beautiful story!! Finishing this book made me violently sob. The characters' complexities, relationships, and situations they find themselves in are done incredibly well. I felt as if I were on the ship with them, heading to Terra-Two!! My heart breaks for these characters in unfathomable ways.
