Twisted Love by Ana Huang

Did not finish book. Stopped at 19%.
Nothing Alex says is interesting, and the way he speaks makes me laugh. So miserable and hell bent on being miserable it turns into bad satire. His version of “protecting” is just straight up abusive, taking all of Ava’s agency away because he thinks he knows better.

This is a weird one. I like the story of the book, and find some of the characters appealing… in theory. But I don’t know if it’s a pacing issue or that I don’t find the mix of character and story gripping enough to finish.
