i'm giving it five stars, but it is difficult to rate and i would not recommend this to most people. there's only like 3-4 people in my immediate life who I think would make it past the first chapter. i think this book is for people who are already in a process of re-structuring their physical life/body, not for someone still looking for clarity from a book on how to change their life

maybe closer to 3.75 -- with it were a tiny more organized
