So far I’ve somehow managed to ignore the misogynistic tropes and enjoy the stories of the Jodoverse, but this particular installment leans so much into them, they poison every other aspect of the Castaka saga. Even Zeus of Olympus would look like a hopeless feminist next to the men on these pages. And the intense self-hatred of the three main female characters is even more sickening.
