This was a cute book asking the reader to imagine what it might be like to live in a world where no one drew or saw things in the same imaginative way as you. There is a brief author's note at the end talking about the discovery of cave paintings in France.

A great book for kids who have lice. Talks about lice from the perspective of a kid who knows nothing about them (at one point the boy things that the lice might take over the world. He also talks about how he feels like everyone could tell he had them and he was afraid he wouldn't have any friends). It also provides information, like good lice cures, and where we get certain words like "nitpicking" from.

I kind of had higher expectations for this book. It was a little disjointed for me with no real explanation of why the moon ends up in their backyard or why it stays there. Not that every imaginative story needs an explanation...it just didn't work for me.

I thought this was hilarious, but I tend to like picture books that have a slightly twisted sense of humor or are a little more for the adults reading them than the kids listening.

This is about a raccoon who loves pizza and his plans with the narrator (you) to have a secret pizza party.
