I absolutely loved this book! My version is second-hand and I found it in a little trading market. I was not expecting to like it so much. I don't know if this is exactly the story of William Horwood's childhood, but if it is, man this author has lived quiet enough. It is very inspiring and hopeful. I think it's perfect for those dwelling with what the author calls 'The Darktime'.
Moderate: Abandonment
