One star bc the sex is good but this sucked lowkey. The annotations didn’t add anything imo and were kind of annoying! I wish she would have expanded more on like her inspirations from the source material vs how she makes her characters more kinky and romance tropes.

it was a good book but 90% of it is build up for a 10% payoff. still deciding if that was worth it for me. the end was really good! but this took me soooo long to finish (by my standards) because I just couldn’t get into it.
