I listened to this on 2x speed as it seemed super long. I do think I listened to this at the right time in my life because, although it’s pretty repetitive and longwinded, it was filled with reminders I needed. The author really drives home her points by repeating them, so as long as you know to expect repetitiveness, you’ll get something (or multiple ideas) from this book. Really enjoyed it!
