Interesting but occasionally I wished that he wouldn't speak for the whole autistic community, especially since people with autism have such varied experiences.

Inspired by Frankenstein, but made me think of several more recent books that involved cloning - Nancy Farmer's House of the Scorpion and something by Neal Shusterman... Loved the characters, even if some of the set-up seemed a little unrealistic.

Fascinating. I especially loved the first half which focuses on the evolution of the brain until now. The last few chapters are more theoretical, and I found them interesting but complex - and sometimes I found myself arguing with them as I read. Still, the information in general is really accessible and interesting.
