I am weeping.
Yes I'm weeping, although tears are not seeable physically but inwardly. I don't know how I became so obsessed with the character because the character deserves hatred – I mean how can anyone do anything like that – and i do hate him but also love him. Osamu Dazai is really cruel but he must've experienced something which forced him to write this novel.
Overall the gloomy atmosphere mixed with nihilist vibe and the witty writing style made it a prodigy. Despite the fact that book is actually a short one it will give you a feeling that you've know the character fo so long.
This book really made me sad – and I'm happy too, not actually – and disposed me to question my own existence. One thing one can take, for sure, from these masterpieces would definitely be "suffering, pain, adversity, loses and rejections are always inevitable but you have to learn 'everything passes', you have to learn to live and live whatever it may be".

stories contain more than pleasure and sadness, and this book was one of them; when it comes to Dostoevsky no one can beat him, he was a whole universe in itself.
This is not only about love and rejection but forgiveness, sympathy, compassion and above all sacrifice — all in one tiny book.

The Stranger by Albert Camus
After, on-and-off, recommendation across internet – especially Instagram – I decided to give it a shot and man it's been an outstanding read to me, quite disturbing and humorous (sometimes you'll be like alas and later there is smile in your face) with a tendency to keep you hooked.
The story was a wonder per-se, but the sublimity of writing was on the next level. (definitely a must read.
I might conclued the writing-style of Albert Camus is quite similar to that of Dostoevsky, i gathered, the way they, both, can put one's present state of mind into paper – which is astonishingly awesome – and understand the psychology of a human being.

There is no beauty better than this.
“Mother used to say that however miserable one is, there’s always something to be thankful for. And each morning, when the sky brightened
and light began to flood my cell, I agreed with her.” — Albert Camus, The Stranger

shut.” — Albert Camus, The Stranger

this book was very exhausting and it took me ages to even come close to the ending part (I'm not saying it's a bad book but it was not a book for my taste). This is my third time I started reading this book, first I read ten chapters and stopped reading and then tried audiobook, which was even worse than the book it self because while listening to the audiobook version I get lost sometimes I didn't quite comprehend whose journal/letter/diary I'm listening to, so i stopped it. And now, after two years i think, i started it from the start – in hope of a better read this time – but again it's not gone good as i expected it to be (at least this time).
So i skimmed some part of it and watched it's movie – the movie was really good though i very enjoyed it – and, finally, finished it. (You hear me I'm DONE!)
as a side note, the plot and the characters were great but the reason this book quite didn't fit to my taste is because, i think, of it's written style and the slow-pace.

"Sometimes, the line between who I hated and who I had become was
paper thin." – Penn Cole
Ahh! didn't knew i was gonna complete it in this short span of time – it was a page turner book, just like the first book in this series. I just couldn't stop, I kept reading till i finished.
The relationship between Diem and Luther was just wonderful I loved their story from the depths of my heart.
There were times when Penn Cole easily said 'and walked away' but these were the times the pang in my heart couldn't agreed to stop and yearned to know what's gonna happen.
“Perhaps, for the right person, we endure
the pain, because the torture of never having them at all is the more
unbearable fate.” – Penn Cole
There are times when we don't actually accept who we are, and this is the reason we suffer the most; despite putting everything on other factors we have to accept who we are first, especially the things which we don't want in ourselves. This self-accepting is a life long process and we have to exercise it every moment in our lives.
"Sometimes we are our own biggest obstacles, and it’s
not until we push past the doubts that hold us back and accept ourselves in
full that we find the freedom to be our most powerful." – Penn Cole
