this is a bad book. like not well written. Also, I think Lale might be a creep. How long is he going to talk about smelling womens' wrists and "watching women was my favorite thing to do." Bro gives off mad Georgie Porgie energy and I'm not for it. Quitting before the love interest even pops up

Got the audio from #netgalley

This was labelled as a cozy mystery. Its not,
This premise was very fun and promising. The first few chapters were great!
Then the main character got very annoying and her constant reasonings for her actions were very childish. She claims to be woke but immediately casts judgement on seeing her friend leaving an NA meeting and blames trauma. She goes on a date with both of her new friends. She's using her magic pies to coerce information from people all while preaching how important consent is. I found this book to be very liberal young 20s white feminist. All the ideals with few real world perspectives.

Thanks #NetGalley for the audio ARC
This was more character based than I prefer with my historical fiction. I would have prefered more info on the Spanish Flu and the like.
A lot of bad things happen one after the other and are then fixed in the last 10 minutes. I didn't like the pacing and the dialogue was cringe at times.

This was a cute read! Them getting more comfortable and gradually letting their guard down and opening up was just so cute! It was also very funny throughout, but being from NW Ohio myself, the Toledo comments at the beginning (and epilouge) were cracking me up.

Got an early eARS from NetGalley. Thank you very much

This is the 7th and final book of the Seaside Café series. If you've made it this far, you already know what you're getting into. A very selfish woman who people like for some reason in a town where everyone is nice, cool, and fun except Everly.

This is possibly my favorite of the series. The mystery was wonderful, loved the look into the Swans past, and the side character round up was just what I wanted =) especially the Town Charmer reveal. Called it :P

Everly really really sucks. I just really really hate her. So selfish and she has a fan club? I really don't understand how we're supposed to believe Grady loves her, or even likes her.

I HATE Everly. Why does Grady like her? I thought I could power through the last two books, to finish the series. I can't. I simply can't. I hate Everly. She's the worst.

I went back and skimmed the rest because I'm curious and hate myself haha. I already knew about the "cliff hanger" and its just... Why? Grady, why? You have an adorable son and a hot hot bod. You can do way way way better than insecure sad lady with a thriving business who everyone loves. She'll be fine. Her aunts are beacons of light and Amelia is so supportive. You need to look out for you and Denver. Everly is selfish and rude
