Some good information, but also feels patronizing and some of the wording sounds quite bitter and negative.

Very similar read to "Property of the Rebel Librarian". A great junior fiction about standing up for what is right, and the power of books and reading.

I wanted to like this more than I did. Maybe I'd heard to much hype for it so my expectations were high.

This was an odd take on a classic novel. I enjoyed it, but some of it left me wondering why it was written in the first place. It didn't really add to the story, and it felt like the author was trying to cram lessons in where they didn't belong.

A diary style of writing, a heartbreaking topic. Rie Charles did a great job of tackling a hard subject. The bluntness of the March 8th entry stabbed me right in the heart.
