When You Left Me Speechless by Jess Christine has a special place in my heart because the MFC, Poppy, is a graduate speech therapy student. This is the first book I've read where a speech therapist is the main character. I am a medical speech therapist, so the school setting is a little foreign to me, but I fully appreciate the challenges Poppy faced. I thought the flirty banter and chemistry between Logan and Poppy was great. There are many steamy scenes! I'm excited about the following books from Jess because she tells me they will be in a medical speech therapy setting, and I'm here for it!
