A Werewolf’s Guide to Seducing a Vampire was an absolute delight! The story begins with Ben Rosewood in a predicament many of us can relate to—feeling anxious, confused, and even a little drunk at a wedding. While excited for his friends, Ben also feels a deep sense of loneliness, a feeling many of us have experienced when we don't seem to be in the same place as those around us.
Throughout the story, Ben's need to please everyone around him and put his family's and friends' needs above his own is something I related to heavily. The book also offers great mental health representation, showcasing C-PTSD, anxiety, and the challenges of dealing with an abuser/narcissistic personality.
Eleanore was a fun and spunky character whom I adored. Her quirky and "stabby" nature made her my favorite. Her traumas and the way she dealt with them made me feel even more connected to the story.
The story was packed with wonderful action and kept me intrigued from start to finish. Each chapter left me wanting more, making it tough to put down. The plot twists and dynamic interactions between characters ensured that I was always on the edge of my seat.
Reading about Eleanore and Ben felt like watching myself in a sense. I could relate so much to both of these characters. Overall, it was a wonderful read, and I give it 4.5 stars!
