Possession by T.M. Frazier
4.0
Possession did not disappoint me! What's more, it exceeded all my expectations. I did not expect such a development of events. Fast-moving action once again sucked me in. I could not tear myself away from it.
The Grim and Trick's relationship was stronger, but what a price they had to pay to achieve that. What didn't killed them, made them stronger. This saying literally reflects Possession and its characters.

What I liked best was that you could see how the characters were developing in this book. They seem to be more .... everything. As if their character traits became more dominant. Where in the previous book they just emerged to the surface. But above all, they were more Badass for sure.

It would seem that Trick went through so much already. But what happened to her in this book it was more violent and brutal. It was so unfair. But she was brave determined to survive and very clever. After all, there is a reason they call her Tricks.
I like her even more after this book.
Of course, Grim was also struggling with difficult emotions associated with all that was happening with Tricks. Also, he has a lot on his mind as a new leader of the Brotherhood. In a role in which he proves himself very well.
Unfortunately, like in the previous book, in this one, I found something that bothered me. It was one or two chapters which, in my opinion, should not be included in this book. And that's because they did not bring anything new to the story. In my opinion, it was an unsuccessful attempt to present the vulnerable side of the Tricks or Grim. But as I mentioned, it did not last long, so this incident didn't change my perception of the characters, it only irritated me. So because of that it only 4 stars.
And of course, in the end, there is HUGE cliffhanger. I swear I don't think I can handle one more ending like this. Thank goodness this is only a trilogy ;)
