No one is arguing Sanderson isn’t a master of fantasy. The king of world building and magic systems knows how to write a tale. However, I started this book in May and finished end of October because the first 1-2 parts took me so long to get into. And this is the 4th book of the series, so I should already be “into it.” Parts 3-5 flew by and the ending was great. I just wish I didn’t have to “work” for the story to engross me, which prevents me from giving it a true 5 stars.
