A brilliant second book to this series! I recommend reading the first before this one as it introduces you to the characters and method of time travel.
What I always love about Lawrence's books is that you learn so much from them. The stories themselves are not historically accurate as they are made up, but the setting and as much of the actual history are as close to the truth as she can get. You know they are well researched. I love learning without feeling like I'm trawling through a boring textbook.
This adventure doesn't disappoint! I loved it so much!
