12+, deals with topics such as feeling distant from one's culture, immigration, and loss of a family member

I absolutely loved this book, I read it in one sitting and it was amazing. One of my favorite graphic novel tropes (not sure if that's exactly the right thing to call it) is when there is a story within a story, in this case it was an absolutely beautiful fairy tale within another beautiful story.

Going into reading this, I knew absolutely nothing and I was shocked by how much I loved it. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick graphic novel that you cannot put down that features a queer and Vietnamese main character.
