Enjoyable but kinda forgettable. That feels harsh but it’s honestly the way I feel about all the books in this series. They’re a good time for the moment but not something I’ll be reaching for to read again.

The shift from the characters hating each other to liking each other felt too sudden. I wasn’t convinced that they really loved each other. I think more of a slower burn might have had me more convinced. Something else that I struggled with was the lack of dialogue between characters. It felt like it was so much telling and not showing moments. I need that dialogue and interaction between characters to really get into a book.
