This Could Be Us is the second book in the Skyland series. I was excited to start this and I loved every minute of it.

Kennedy Ryan's writing is both genuine and heartfelt. She brings life to characters who are flawed yet deeply relatable. The book delves into complex themes such as family dynamics, personal growth, and the challenges of starting over.

Judah Cross, is a dedicated father to twin boys on the autism spectrum. This aspect of the story added depth and authenticity, reflecting the nuanced realities of parenting children with special needs.

Soledad’s journey is one of self-discovery, healing, and finding the courage to embrace happiness again. I admired how she balanced her roles as a mother, a professional, and a woman learning to love herself.

What I loved most about Soledad and Judah's relationship was the way they healed together. There was no instant fix, no easy resolution—it was raw, messy, and deeply emotional. Kennedy Ryan has a way of writing love that feels real, and Soledad and Judah’s story was no exception. It was a reminder that love, when it’s true, has the power to rebuild, to restore, and to make us whole again.

I loved seeing Sole's friendship with her girls and loved seeing Yasmin and how she n Josiah are still going strong. Also loved Sole's relationship with her daughters.

I can't wait to read Hendrix's book 😁
