this book!! so incredibly written!

i don't think a man could understand this book. it brings you on such an emotional journey about motherhood and the female body that a man could only critique the whole book and the characters.

even as a 23-year-old I find it quite hard to put myself in the shoes of the main character but! there were so many different women and personalities that you kind of try to find out which one you are. I've never wanted kids or felt the urge to be a mother but I cried a lot when Natsu gave birth.

this book is a masterpiece and if one day I get to become a mother I plan or re-reading it again. it was amazing.
