4.5* rounded up given the artwork, the literary references, and overall fun story. Page and Turner have crap parents, and they annoyed me at the end. However, how would the twins be able to have their adventures overnight in the library if their parents were more... involved? I read an ARC and can't wait to see the fully colored in version. I have a feeling my 6, 8, & 10yo will be snagging this one from our shelves regardless.
