Eleanor Shearer, thank you for writing this beautiful book. I learnt so much and I was rooting for Rachel and her family throughout.
The book covers heavy topics that are often very difficult to read but I’m very glad that the author chose to add characters that made Rachel’s journey a little easier.
I’m so used to reading books where I’m suspicious of everything and everyone.
Publishers weekly called this book lyrical and by God it was!
Shout out to the narrator, Debra Michaels 🫶🏿
