Imogen, Obviously by Becky Albertalli

I loved this so, so much. I knew from the synopsis that this was going to be something I related to so heavily and just it absolutely was. Imogen is just me to an absolute T and just seeing yourself in a book is something that will never get old and will never not be special. Just from realizing she was queer, to her personality, to her thought process, and just I loved Imogen so much and felt for her so much.
This was my first Becky Albertalli book and she definitely lived up to the hype! I loved every character and I loved seeing all of our character's imperfections and the development. I loved the continued theme throughout this book that it's not up to us to determine who is queer or if they're queer enough. That we don't owe anyone to come out and when we come out. That it's our life and story. That's something so impactful and something so meaningful for me. As someone who came out very late and doesn't always come off as queer.
