Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling

5.0

This is my favourite book in the series. As I wrote in my HP1 review, while re-reading the series, I've really come to love and appreciate the side characters (except Snape and Malfoy - I'm trying) and although I LOVED Lupin the first time I read the book, I got to appreciate how flawed he is, and how he has grown, and will continue to do so. I was, however, completely blind-sided my love for Minerva McGonagall. I guess I always thought her strict and unreasonable, but holy crap is she BRILLIANT.

Just a brilliant book, with amazing twists and turns (hehe).
