What a cozy and heartwarming little story. I absolutely adore this book. It's like if you mixed together Fredrik Backman and Lemony Snicket to create a comfy, flowing narrative with delightful characters. This is not the most hard-hitting book, if it were a movie it would barely be rated PG, which is why it is so impressive how impactful it turned out to be.

I teared up multiple times throughout the book and I'm already looking forward to rereading in the future.
