I liked it, especially Abitha’s story. Having read Lost Gods and Krampus, I knew to expect a story within a story. But, that format does take away the momentum and makes it feel like the plot lines escalate a bit unnaturally. I’d almost preferred they be separate books altogether. Overall, still a solid story and I liked the book as a whole.
