Dernières nouvelles des trous noirs by Stephen Hawking

2.0

My critique for this book lies not in the lectures themselves (which are, in my opinion, too short), but in the way this book is comprised of 50% graphics - which barely added anything to my understanding - and 30% superfluous commentary. Though I read the book as an ebook, I can imagine the formatting that it took to get the book to a state where it could be sold for 20€. This may be the popular science (or Stephen Hawking hype) curse, but I still find it rather insulting.

I really should stop making the mistake of picking up books in formats that I do not enjoy, huh?
