The Strange Case of the Alchemist's Daughter by Theodora Goss

5.0

This was a fun and fast read. A story built on many known 19th century characters and yet creative and new. Where else can you get Jekyll, Hyde, Frankenstein, Dr. Moreau, and Sherlock Holmes?! Some aspects are cliche, but it was still fun. I also appreciated the interweaving of women’s rights and how men have manipulated their freedoms.
