Lyrical and poetic. Pretty words and similes. A stream of consciousness novel with no chapters. The opinions and memories of characters attending a lavish party. Constant tangents that make it very difficult to keep sense of what is happening. I couldn't tell you what the story is about, or who the characters are, or how they relate to one another. Seemingly no plot, only charm.
