Kathy Reichs' books are always readable, and this is true for this installment of the Temperance Brennan series. However there is nothing in this book that makes it exceptional.
I have been read all of the books in this series and I have come to expect two things, Tempe and Ryan will continue their angsty relationship and Tempe will always find herself in a dangerous situation caused by her work.
I felt like there were some things in this story that work adequately dealt with. Still it was an ok installment, that I liked...there just wasn't anything to set it apart.
