This was a pretty good sequel!

I didn’t quite enjoy it as much as the first one, but I think that’s mostly down to the fact that Law isn’t in it as much. Also we knew a lot of Anderson’s background from the first book so it felt a tiny bit repetitive.

I did really love Anderson’s and Brody’s journey though! They’re an adorable couple and the way that they’re both so good for each other in terms of overcoming boundaries and past trauma is kind of beautiful.

The way that kinks are handled in this book is so good! The responsible discussions about using certain items and agreeing on safe words always makes me glad.

One of my absolute favourite things about this book is Lucky/Meatball
