I’m not sure how to rate this as I can’t remember the last time I read a book for such young children and I have no context for whether it is written at an appropriate level to accomplish its mission. I would recommend own-voices reviews (especially those written by parents) to get a better idea!

It is certainly an important discussion to be having with children from a young age, and I will certainly keep it in mind if I ever have children of my own.
