I really thought I would love this book as the summary really sounded promising and the first chapter lived up to my expectations…but over all I feel like this story was very flat and uninteresting.

I thought I’d get a book full of fluff and baking but instead I got stereotypes and angst from Theo. I honestly felt zero chemistry between the two main characters and it felt like the two of them dated just because they were the only openly gay guys in school.

I did like that the book was fast paced though!
