I really liked the beginning of the book and thought this was going to be some kind of mystery/thriller story. I felt like the pacing was a bit off and the story was dragging on until suddenly a lot happened at once. I had to facepalm several times at the (in my eyes very stupid) behaviour of the protagonist. 
This topic is very important but unfortunately I don’t feel like I really learned more or could understand the people more.
