Believe Me by Tahereh Mafi

2.0

i originally started reading this in 2021, but found it too corny but now i’m here, warm and soft after reading it because i can fully appreciate the development these characters have gone through and how long i’ve stayed with tahereh mafi. her shatter me series is one of the original series that got me into my love for reading, back in middle school, so seeing these characters again was so nostalgic and bizarre, in a reunion type of way. nothing critical here, just vibes! seeing kenji and aaron’s friendship develop was the thing that made me giggle the most!
