If I had read this 12 years ago or whenever it came out, I probably would have loved this.

As I am now, it was just okay. It was well-written. The vampire/witch storyline was interesting.

But oh my gosh, could I not get behind the insta love between Diana and Matthew. It felt so forced and I had to slog to finish this.
