I really enjoyed this, it was a surprisingly easy read. No-where near as horrifying as the original but I really wasn’t ready for it when I read it at 14. This could just have easily been about lots of random women in Gilead and have been just as good, I am glad that it’s tied a few things up and given some interesting backstory to a very key character (no spoilers!)
