⚔️Throne of Glass had me torn between worlds, much like its protagonist. While I was enchanted by its captivating world-building and the seamless introduction to magic, I couldn’t help but feel a bit let down by the romantic subplot. As someone who typically revels in a good romance, I found myself disconnected from the romantic elements in this book.⚔️

🧚‍♀️The world-building is undeniably the shining star of this debut. From the intricacies of the magical system to the vividly depicted landscapes, Sarah’s imagination knows no bounds. I was drawn into a realm where magic crackles in the air and secrets lurk in every shadow, eagerly turning pages to uncover more.🧚‍♀️

☠️However, where Throne of Glass stumbled for me was in its portrayal of romance. While it’s clear the author attempted to weave a compelling love story into the narrative, I found myself unmoved by the chemistry between the characters. ☠️

Overall, Throne of Glass did a great job at setting the stage for a captivating series. While the romantic aspect may not have resonated with me, the rich world-building and introduction to magic make it a worthy addition to any fantasy lover’s bookshelf. ⚔️🔮
