Culminating more than 200 drawings in his 20-year career, illustrator Arik Roper brings together in this book, absolutely breathtaking illustrations of dark fantasy, scifi, nature and psychedelia. In addition to his illustrations known for stoner/doom metal bands such as Sleep, High On Fire, Windhand, Sunn O))) and many others, he also presents paintings and sketches of Dune, Lord of The Rings, Conan, Batman and works of his fertile imagination. His mastery of acrylic, his treatment of fungi, rocks and mountains and landscapes explains his success. I can only recommend that you take a look at the works of this mind-dazzling artist. Wonderful!
