this was pretty bad. it reads as an adult trying to be a teenager. it’s incredibly cringey and the main character is just as bad as the type of people she hates. the ending is also pretty atrocious as they try to leave cliffhangers for the next book, but why bother with it if it will be just as cringey as this one? i don’t remember it being this ridiculous when i read it in middle school
