I really liked the window into Astrid’s world in this book. The anxiety driven perfectionism is flushed out more than in Delilah’s book and it’s crucial to showing how the dynamics between all the characters really worked for their backstories. It explained the plagiarism on her part but that seemed like such a big move for someone like Astrid that it was almost not believable. It also stressed me out on her behalf.
Jordan was not likeable for me in the beginning but slowly grew on meand definitely did not deserve her shitty ex.
