Ummm

I need to come back with more thoughts. This initially started off on like a intriguing 4⭐️ and then something happened and then more silly ish happened and I had a couple more chapters and just gave up caring all together lol

- ok so overall if you’re looking for a medium paced romantic fantasy with a political foundation, this is for you 100%
- this is completely an underdog story, there is some violence/abuse ⚠️ underaged whippings
- arranged marriage trope
- what was long was the actual leaving of the damn castle! We spent 40% building up to this marriage for political gain, the consummation and then we finally left to go to the new land and I honestly thought I would really enjoy the mean old new hubby (can’t even remember his name) but then his character arc just plummeted expeditiously lol
- then there’s this Kings guard old friend person who has no back bone and is kind of dweeby and tries to tell the King hubby that that’s his lady🥴🤣 he tried I guess

Then we get to the dragons which I thought was a really interesting portion of this story…:until the giant fire breathing lizard birthed a human baby🤣🤣🤣 she lost me completely!

The last 30% if this story felt completely rushed. Kings Guard dude received word that a dragon killed this girl then he brings the Royal court to the King Hubby’s front gate. Just for the King Hubby to tell them oh we found her she’s actually not dead at all. Kings Gaurd doesn’t believe him. Then she WALKS OUT as proof and says I’m right here🤣 Kings Gaurd’s response “oh he wasn’t lying!”

Whaaaatttttt that’s it! You done marched the goon squad across the forest into someone else land just to say ahhhh he spoke some truth🤣 theeeeen the mens go to their warrior tent to talk about lord knows what(I started speeding thru at this point because I have no shits), and then the story ended lol 

That’s it. That’s the story. 2-3 decent smut scenes, 2 guys that are trying to see whose pickle is bigger. And a FMC whose character arc plummeted lol
