Absolutely loved it! Bit hard to get into at first. Very wordy and descriptive. You’re thrown into the world and it’s a bit jarring. Heard that’s more or less normal for high fantasy though.
Once acclimated it was great. The world is very interesting. Slow burn enemies to lovers done fantastically. Loved the dynamic and banter. Can’t wait for book two. #1 favorite for this year
